Billing
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Authorize.Net. Payments are processed securely and we do not see or store your card number.
Yes — if we have not yet started work on your order, you can request a full refund. Once work is in progress our Refund Policy applies.
Delivery
Starter and Basic plans are typically delivered within 24 hours. Pro and Premium plans range from 2 to 3 business days depending on the number of domains and the complexity of the rules requested.
No. DNS migrations to Cloudflare are non-destructive when done properly — we import all existing records before changing nameservers, so visitors experience zero downtime.
General
We take your domain and set it up properly on Cloudflare — DNS migration, SSL, CDN proxy, caching, page rules, WAF and redirect rules — so your site loads faster and is protected against common web threats. You receive a before/after performance report and a document describing what we configured.
No. EasyCloudSecure is a one-time purchase per plan. You pay once, we deliver the configuration, and you own the setup on your Cloudflare account afterwards.
Yes. We configure everything inside your own Cloudflare account so you retain full ownership and control. We will guide you through creating a free account if you do not have one yet.
Security
After checkout you will see an intake form where you can share access notes. We recommend creating a temporary admin user in Cloudflare and a registrar session rather than sharing your master password. You can revoke access immediately after delivery.
Credentials provided during intake are used only for the duration of the setup and are deleted once your order is marked completed. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
